Our Story
It started in 2008, when Lena Bianchi opened Des Moines Auto Repair with a single bay and a simple promise: explain the problem honestly before touching a wrench. Word of mouth did the rest, and most of our newer customers still arrive the same way — sent by someone who trusted us with their own vehicle first.
The shop has grown since then, but the way we train hasn't. Every technician spends time under an experienced lead before working solo, and the bar stays the same regardless of the job — a quick fix gets the same care as a major repair.
